Return Policy

Returning an Item?

Approval for return of products must first be obtained from  ElecTech Services, Inc. prior to returning the product. Please call or email ElecTech Services, Inc. at (919) 552-8742 for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number.  Products returned without an RMA# will not be accepted.  All RMAs are conditional and are not final until the product is received and inspected by our Returns Department. Credit will be issued at the original price charged less shipping and handling charges, where applicable, and less a 25% restocking fee.  If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item shipped), then the order will be refunded in entirety, including original shipping and handling charges, and no re-stocking fee will apply

Please make sure your Return meets the following criteria:

    1. • Is it within 14 days of when you received this order?

• Is the product you're returning over $25 (subtotal, listed price at order date)?

• If you are returning a TV part, does the part you return have our company ET stamp on it? If a TV part is returned without our identifier, we will send you an email letting you know that the return is denied and why.

• Is your part(s) securely packed with protective material and includes all original labels and stickers? Did you write your RMA Number on the outside of your shipping box?

• Will your return arrive at ElecTech Services within 30 days of when you received your RMA Number? Please double-check that your Return meets the above specifications. Incorrect returns will be denied by our Returns Department and sent back to you at your expense. For more information, please call or email us.
