Warranty Information
EQUIPMENT
WARRANTY
We pass on the manufacturer parts and labor
warranty to the customer and where one does not exists, ElecTech Services, Inc.
warrants all new products for 90 days from date of purchase. We
will will repair
or replace defective components with either the same component
or one of similar specifications and value. Labor
fees associated equipment failure due to
negligence, acts of God or hardware modified or added by
the customer will be charged back to customer. All labels, tags or markings affixed
to or etched on equipment must be present and in tact for the warranty to
be valid. The customer must present a copy of the original
invoice of the installation for warranty claims to be
considered.
SERVICE WARRANTY
ElecTech Services, Inc. warrants all repairs and upgrade
service for 90 days from the date of service. This warranty includes
our installation workmanship only.
This warranty does not include problems due to damage
caused by the customer, utility company's or contractors
other than ElecTech Services, Inc., or by acts of God.
The customer must present a copy of the original
invoice of the installation for warranty claims to be
considered.
ElecTech
Services, Inc. is not responsible for any loss of data on any
storage device, including but not limited to hard drives, DVR and
TiVo equipment. We
recommend you do frequent full backups of your valuable
data onto a 2nd or permanent device.
ElecTech
Services, Inc. is not responsible for any disruption in
programming reception except to the extent set forth
above.
SUPPORT
ElecTech Services, Inc. will provide limited telephone
support for hardware purchased from
ElecTech Services, Inc. For HughesNet software
support, please contact the software manufacturer or see
the manufacturer's website for more information on
